Warning this post will talk about feminine things!!
So just as I was bragging about not getting my period for almost two years! Of course I got it! Haha has anyone else had this long of a break, I'm just curious?! It literally started the day I stopped nursing completely. And I feel like my cramps are stronger than before pregnancy? Please share your experience!

Still haven't gotten mine, but I'm still nursing. I get cramps occasionally still, which I think is weird...

dar, i love you!! and yes!! same here. just one month shy of 2 years and man was it a nice break ;) i just started again a few weeks ago and i think it was making up for lost time--i didn't even know they made "ultra" tampons until then! but at least now i know that i'm still a woman and can maybe have another child. i thought most people started again a few months after giving birth so it's great to know that it took you forever too!

You are lucky! I always got mine while I was nursing. And I agree, mine are more painful than before too! Just one more reason for you guys to have another one ;)

Hey there! I have been "lucky" I guess that I have never had a period earlier than 3 months after stopping nursing completely. (My babies have all been 15 months or older when I started it again.) Then it takes several cycles for it to be regular at all. Even with Eli -- I quit nursing him at 7 months but it still didn't start until he was about 15 months old. I think it just takes my body a long time to get into gear after having a baby, nursing or not.
